What is the warranty policy on Isinwheel products?

We offer a 12-month limited warranty on all electric scooters and bikes, covering the motor, battery, and main controller against manufacturing defects.

Can I return my product if I am not satisfied?

Yes, we offer a 30-day return policy. The product must be in its original packaging and in unused condition to qualify for a full refund.

Are Isinwheel scooters waterproof?

Our scooters have an IP54 water resistance rating, meaning they are protected against light rain and splashes. However, they should not be submerged or ridden in heavy downpours.

Do I need to assemble my electric bike when it arrives?

Isinwheel e-bikes arrive 85-90% pre-assembled. You will only need to install the front wheel, pedals, and handlebars using the toolkit provided in the box.
